Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Sending order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us. I entered a wrong address while placing the order, what should I do?

Do you offer exchanges?

We are unable to process exchanges at this time.

How do I return my order?

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the order when received has any damaged product(s). All sales are final. Please note, The Beautiful Secret reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include the order number, photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation e-mail.
The replacement or return in such a case shall be at the discretion of The Beautiful Secret.

I have received incorrect items in my order, what should I do?

Please reach us via direct message on Instagram or at thebeautifulsecret08@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been placed and accepted, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. If tracking is not available yet, it will become available once your order has been fulfilled at our warehouse. Most orders are fulfilled within one to three business days, except during holidays.
